What is your way of radiating of your stress?
I often go to Karaoke with my friends when I feel that I have stress.
In October 6th, first, I went to restaurant with a my friend, and we had dinner. Next, we went to karaoke, sound park. We went to there at 7:00 p.m. And we sang songs till 11:00 p.m. We was singing for 4 hours. However it was inadequate for us. I want to sing more.
I didn't go there for a long time. So I sang a lot of songs! I felt refresh.
I recommend going to karaoke and make up a racket with your friends when you feel having stress.
